Melon DINO "Sweet" - 10 seeds

Dino melons are aromatic and have a very sweet flavour. The flesh consistently averages 12 and above on the Brix scale, which is a high measurement of the amount of sugar found within the flesh, giving the melon its sweet taste. Also known names for this melon are "Gaya melon" ivory gaya, snowball, sweet snowball, ghost and of course sweet Dino. 

Melons are ripe when the stem turns brown and the ‘flick test’ sounds a little hollow. Fruits are 2-2.5 kg. Needs full sun & a sheltered spot. Can be slow growing in cooler climates, so start early in a greenhouse and on a hot bed and transplant out once cooler nights have passed. For good germination 20+oC is required.
